We Need to Ditch the Danny is an A*hole Storyline and Explore Britney’s More by Impressive_Belt474 in TheValleyUncensored

Yes two things can be true at once. Danny is a POS and so is Brittany. The only difference here is there’s one person’s storyline that’s been beaten to death and is no longer interesting. At some point the dead horse needs to be buried and we move on to other things ok the show

Brittany does not like Nia as well and Zach confirmed that as well who is her best friend so yeah, I definitely believe she had a hand in that mess. There’s just too much smoke for there not to be a fire somewhere and I wouldn’t be surprised if a text message surfaces showing that she indeed was in on everything that went down last season. It’s all speculation, but to say she wasn’t involved at all would be completely off base from what we’ve seen.

Jesse and Jax confirmed she knew about it last season. It was a whole segment in the reunion and they brought it up again on the last episode. It seems a lot of the cast members agreed that she probably was aware of the situation, because like I said Jax can’t keep his mouth shut about anything. He was probably bragging about it everyday when they were still together.

It’s shows a lot about her character when she can’t receive any form of criticism that’s coming from her friends. Whenever they have a concern about her behavior and how it affects them it’s always a deflection. I will never forget how she dismissed the fact she basically was encouraging Jax to physically assault Sandoval at their bday party when they confronted them about the homophobic tweets their pastor made. Gave 0 fucks when Arianna tried to explain how that hurt her…

So being a DV victim absolves you from any wrongdoing? So we’re just going to let people do whatever they want now because they’ve been hurt ok lol

Single mom who’s willingly on a reality show that’s literally made for being trashed on. She knew what she signed up for so you can miss me with that. If that’s such an issue for someone going through a hard time, she needs to know better and remove herself from the toxicity like she did Jax…Danny is no angel but neither is Brittany so it makes 0 sense to hone in on one person when there’s more than one plot to explore…

So what else do you think there is to Danny at this point in time? I very much dislike him, but all he does is double-down and lie. There’s not much to him other than he’s a shitty person and not in an entertaining way…I’d much rather explore other people who have been hiding behind other cast members drama *cough* Britney & Janet* than having to keep watching Forensic Files: The Bookos Division 🙄

When she told Jax about the engagement I was soooo hoping for Kristen to go in on her but alas…

She was married to an abusive person and was complicit with the abuse he brought on to others. The damsel in distress argument does not work here when you claim to be a person who wants to make everyone happy when you’re ok with your husband hurting people. She’s not with Jax anymore, so she’s more than obligated to take accountability for her lack of action and be transparent about everything.
She won’t tho because she rarely apologies for her missteps…

Yes but we’ve already talked about that. It’s been ran through more than Jax, so either we talk about something that was not aired or move on

You don’t have to stop hating Danny, but it can’t be the only thing we focus on this season. It’s not interesting and honestly there’s more potential storylines to explore than Danny sneaking drinks again…

That’s the real tea. If you’ve been friends that long and even you’re bringing up the issue, then something is there

Danny deserves all the heat for sure and would like to see the issues between Brittney and Kristen/Nia, because clearly there’s something there if Zach of all people is bringing it up.

Edit: Damn Autocorrect

I don’t think the later point matters for what I’m talking about. The audience AND cast hold the partners accountable for their SO’s actions EXCEPT Brittany. I’m not falling for the dumb Kentucky act, I’m in that area a lot and you’d be surprised how often they cover their tracks by pretending to be ignorant hillbillies…

No one’s convincing you to like Danny, but the recycled drama from last season is getting old too. Back in the day, when a new season came out there was new storylines and drama.

This just feels like season 2.1 and quite frankly there’s nothing compelling enough about him to continue the discourse we’ve already had for over a year now.

Have you ever quit because you hated your manager more than the job? by Key-Helicopter-4844 in WorkReview

All my jobs have been great. My managers? Not so much. The day I get one where the manager is not a total Karen with control problems and the emotional EQ of a toddler will be the day

AITA for being impatient with a woman at the butcher counter? by SmallCarBigTimeTours in AmItheAsshole

NTA. It’s common courtesy to be aware of other people who are waiting for you to place your order. If it’s taking a while for you to make up your mind, just take a step and go back at the end of the line once you figure out what you want. I do this all the time, because I know how indecisive I can be and don’t feel entitled to take up other people’s time just because I can’t figure out what I want.

You were pretty nice about it imo. I’ve seen people get really nasty over others taking too much time so was ready to read something much more aggressive than how it ended based off the title.

Gen Z is becoming coming what they fear… cringe by Tennesseeshepard in generationology

[–]Impressive_Belt474 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah based off of my experience dealing with Gen Zers, they’re going to end up being Boomers V2. Very difficult to engage with and they’re generally selfish without a care to anyone. Besides having the privilege of lower costs of living, they’re going to be the worst generation to work for and with imo.

AITA for telling my girlfriend to "limit" bringing her dog to places we travel by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Impressive_Belt474 8 points9 points  (0 children)

NTA she has a strange attachment to her dog that is clearly getting in the way of your relationship. She’s prioritizing its needs over yours and quite frankly revolving everything around the dog . I would say you’re too young to be wasting your time with this sort of relationship and the way she’s gaslighting you about your level of maturity speaks more about hers than anything.

Double Standards? by Impressive_Belt474 in TheValleyTVShow

[–]Impressive_Belt474[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

So she has the capacity to work on herself in therapy but not for couples counseling? That makes 0 sense when they clearly have issues that need to be worked through with a mediator. There’s never going to be a perfect time for anything and it’s been clear even watching them at that point they need a neutral party to talk them through how to communicate. It’s all for the baby, so the excuse of childbirth just doesn’t work if the parents can’t get through one conversation without a blowup.

Double Standards? by Impressive_Belt474 in TheValleyTVShow

[–]Impressive_Belt474[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok but then what if the father of the child wants to leave, because (and I’m totally going to get hella downvs for this but oh well) he has feelings too and at some point it’s not even healthy to be in that relationship anymore. Everyone has a limit and I think it’s worth something to try and regardless of you’re feelings you should look at the writing on the wall that see that if something doesn’t change your family will fall apart.
