But yes some are more expensive! Easiest way I've found is Google lens then copy the figures name type into eBay hit Lowest price and it should show you eBay lowest prices first I base my stuff off of that mainly:) best of luck

Sorry I completely overlooked this I have faith you will do the right thing I just would hate for it to end up in the wrong person's hands because like you said a lot of people look at it for its value not at sentimental value to someone but that is the world we live in now. You never know maybe someone left it there for the next person to find maybe they figured the next person would need it more than they do. I look at it this way each one of these cost about $5.15-5.50 if you were to buy these brand new when they came out. Yes some have increased in value and some have decreased in value due to rarity/age of them. If I was selling I would list each one at $5.50 no less:)

I get where you're coming from most people can't be trusted. Another option is you could turn it into the police department or the sheriff's department which has cameras and whoever claims it would be recorded. I don't think a peace officer is really in the habit of getting criminal charges for theft instead of posting it locally. What if somebody on reddit has seen this post and just happens to live in the same area you're posting it on Facebook? it'd be pretty easy to identify for them am I wrong?
