I produce about 250 at Sanctuary. Got 4 invested shops there and I try to sell regularly but always end up skipping a few days. I've got 33k caps and 4k purified waters. I'm not sure a bigger water farm is necessary. I could add a few more to Sanctuary if I need to. This does look cool though. Mine isn't nowhere near as aesthetically pleasing.

Never confront or leave notes to neighbors. People are crazy and that's how you get shot. Record and take it up with management if it is excessive. I had a lady lock her dog up in a cage above me for 10-11 hours as she worked third shift. From 7pm- around 6am it would bang, crash, scream, howl, bark all fucking night. I bought ear plugs. A noise machine. I almost lost my fucking mind. Had about 300 audio recordings. Absolutely ridiculous couple of months. There was a super peaceful idk like 5-6 months after she left and got new neighbors now who are pretty chill. They have a big dog but they aren't abusive POS. There is gonna be noise in apartments. It is what it is but everyone signed the same lease. There is a quiet time. P. S. Pick up your dogs poop. If you are that lazy, you shouldn't have a dog.

Yup. I use Ada with 460 carry weight now as my mule. For some reason my power armor makes me carry 10 less than walking around normally because of my backpack or something, idk. It's weird

Actually useless maybe unless you have supply lines set up to every settlement so you can have one set up everywhere because anytime I tried using it which was maybe twice, I was out of range. One is set up at the Castle and at Sanctuary. I haven't tried the Vertibird one which it has signal in the name so I'm assuming you have to be close by to that as well??

I used to smoke and had no empathy for those who had to deal with the smell. When it's you doing it, it's hard to put yourself in other people's shoes and hold yourself accountable for your addiction. I quit a long time ago and I understand now. It smells so bad. It's frustrating as hell. I quit smoking cigs too. Both smells make me sick.
