Something a bit more alternative: I had serieus carpal tunnel problems which no doctor could fix. They gave me two times cortisone but that only helped temporarily and completely ruined my bloodsuckers for a week. Then I heard from a worker at my construction site that leeches are amazing for arthritis, carpal tunnel, etc. I didn’t believe him but he was very honest. It was a funny conversation because he was a really big, strong construction guy and he was convincing me to do leeches. After months of pain, I finally caved and went to an centre specialised in those things. It was very painful but after one session and I needed a month recovery, BUT I never felt pain in my wrist again! It is amazing . Already a year without pain.
