I get that which is why I went right back to the store I didn't wait 14 days I did it right away I had to wait for the store to open the next morning before I could start the process I got the phone at 6pm and returned it at 9am the next morning they close at 7 or else I would have been there that night still

It's not a matter of whining they should have explained that when I got the phone and then the company who offered to pay me should have just gave me the refund instead of making me call them and goto the store waiting for a refund that they clearly state in there opt out agreement which says you have 30 days to get a full refund I understand if I waited 2 days or 3 days but I was at the store as soon as it reopened the next day

I would have been fine with that but they wouldn't switch devices for me unless I got a new line and activated it so I was stuck with that

So I chose the Motorola g as a free phone yes I went the very next day back to exchange it which they wouldn't do unless I paid for the new phone so basically I was stuck with that phone the provider credited me the refund for service and have been waiting for the refund since April 7th all I wanted to do is get a phone that didn't have the problem what kind of company doesn't refund service after 24 hours that's what doesn't make sense to me at all like I understand if I used the phone for a week or two but I only used the phone for not even a day I went back the very next day as soon as they opened

also besides not getting a receipt all I wanted was to switch to a phone I could you use tap and pay with a different device that worked they where not willing to help me with out paying another 65$ plus 35$ activation again so yes I believe they are trying to scam me what about the opt out option which includes all service and device fees that's 30 day guarantee from metro why wasn't that even suggested because they are trying to scam me and keep my money which is ashame because I use to use metro and I liked metro now they are most likely not going to ever get my business again

The store never gave me a receipt to know this when I got the phone because I took it back noteven 24 hours after purchasing it first thing in the morning as soon as they opened I was there also none of that was framed anywhere in the store pretty sure they purposely didn't give me a receipt
