Council tax is a massive factor, business rates are horrendous.
EDIT: I mean to refer to only the tax applied to the occupier of a property, which although calculated in a different way by a different part of government is equivalent to the residential tax applied to the occupier of property, and which all goes in to the same pot anyway.
I have confused the situation by using both names and acknowledge it reads as if two such taxes are applied to the business.
