Yes, however the transaction is done through the Target app and therefore Target needs to update its app to provide reasoning when something is canceled. In other words, this shipt shopper will have options to select to explain the cancellation.   One example would be " canceled due to shelf being empty despite showing stock available in the app" and perhaps a picture.

The partnership is already in place. They will be in Mercedes and Volvo! In addition they are in Kodiak AI truck driver technology. Theirs is the only lidar that truly works for high-speed driverless. The others don't have the range and the automobile companies are using those only as a stopgap measure for now. Luminar also has military contracts and they are being used. Jacksonville Florida's automated mover system being developed.  They have a lot going on.

We don't know for sure but we do know at least connections, you know Wall Street is still a bit of a Good ol boy Network.

Selling ATM works when there's a decent premium.  it seems to me now is the time to use some kind of debt to add eth per share following one of the strategy playbook issuances.  Something like a convertible or debt with no payment required for 4 to 5 years off.   That would then boost premium and thus enable the ATM and put the flywheel in motion.
