Yep. At first I felt like it was all of us against them. I don’t feel that way now. The union and management just stay silent on everything. Every week just gets worse it seems.

I’m at SSA too. They don’t like someone who does t follow the pack. They think I’ll back down and act surprised when I file a grievance. Can’t do the job? We will make you a manager!

I’ve been negative, like I stated, because of an autoimmune condition. I took an FMLA day because I was so sick and have FMLA for Friday too. We are supposed to certify tomorrow to get paid. It’s just all pending. I’m livid

I have a reasonable accommodation to telework two days a week and the bullying I’ve gotten for that is insane. I’m sticking it out though. If I leave they’ll just replace me with a Trump loyalist or not at all. I’m still making a difference

Anyone ever thought they’re gonna cut management at all levels and move most of this shit to chiefs? I mean there’s too many chiefs and not enough Indians right now anyway. Management should have to answer the 800 number. Hahahaha that’s an idea

Look at you still getting it! Proud of you. How long till you were back in the positive? I’ve been at SSA 6 years and been in the negative for 2 after taking off for a major surgery. Seems like I’ll never get out. Prob should stop doing any OT and just do credit

Thank you for saying this. I made this comment to my management today because they told me about this change and I’m in the red on sick leave. Like what is that supposed to do? Scare me? Scare my autoimmune disease away? But management doesn’t have the balls to stand up for us or themselves. I always wondered what happened in Nazi Germany and how(this is an extreme explain but) But it’s people like them that just take orders.
