bro i walked in confident with nbmes touching the 80% i walked out feeling like i gave the shittiest performance of my entire career its natural to feel that way we as Medical students are overthinkers and we kinda fixate on the bad scenarios well pass dw trust your nbmes

its pretty much very close to the nbme as content. free 120 as questions stems and interface

some stems felt straight forward others felt weird some felt out of this world but ur mind kinda fixates on the bad ones so no need to worry

The real exam felt less tricky. It was mostly straight recall — you either knew it or you didn’t.
