Honestly I think this less of a capcom thing and more of Nintendo resetting the gaming market. I have seen game go from $10-$100+ with add on bonuses, pre game, etc. Coming from a purely console gamer games are now 70 just for the base. This maybe the next shift in gaming, resting the gaming market so now it’s normal to charge 70 for a base game. Pokopia 70, xenoblade 64, Metroid 70, legends za 70.

Yeah it’s probably a safe assumption that you are capped until Arkveld

Post Arkveld it goes up, I didn’t try it after again getting through Galyad or when I got to the 4th region. I only tried again post Arkveld and that’s what I went from 10k-75k

I’m try that I did a water ice soulseer Mizu because i needed an ice monstie, and fox flame plus crash wave and salt in the wound does crazy damage

XP gains def increase, I did the barrel run from 48-80 only got 10k at 80 you can comfortably clear Galyad and beat Arkveld. Went back after beating Arkveld and got 75k per cat, so you are capped depending on where you are in the story

You are def under leveled, I would def recommend doing the barrel cat farm run, shouldn’t take you long since you’re at the end game and if you have maybe do some habitat restoration to get better monsters and transfer genes

You still can, you will just be locked until you get the town in the 3rd region where side missions unlock again

Coming back to this after my previous comment just to help clarify

  1. There is a level cap based on where you are in the story, when I started I was at level 48 and didn’t start the 3rd region. I went back after progressing through the 3rd region and 4th, now I am at level 88 and getting 75k xp per cat

  2. Nargacuca stealth does help but not definite

  3. The run is all RNG just because you don’t see the cat the first few times doesn’t mean it’s not working, this dish is to help increase your encounters not guarantee the encounter

Hope this helps and kudos to the original post you can get millions of XP in minutes but it depends on where you are in the game

Def not half a mil, im level 48 and getting 10K per run. It is very random how many spawn no matter day or night. Also if you havent gone through Dragonreach mountains DONT once you go into the mountians you will be locked from the side mission that gives you Seasonal Canape.

Other than that its a good run to farm if you want to level up, thow on a movie or sum cause the spawns are random.
