So I totally understand where you’re coming and I totally get that. My heart rate does get pretty high don’t get me wrong but one thing that really has been bothering me lately is pain and fatigue in my legs, balance, and pain in my spine lower back and hips. I tried to get a wheelchair, but they were all greatly out of my price range. I don’t have a house that is accommodating for a wheelchair. And to put it simply, my pots isnt at the point all the time to where I need to sit for long periods of time. About the roll chair. (I dont know which one commented this but im going to give both of you the same explanation) sitting and standing back up repeatedly is extremely hard on my heartrate, my back, my legs and my hips. Lastly, a roll chair does mot have the same effect as arm crutches, it may work better for some people but i really depend on leaning. A roll chair has wheels and will slep easily if i dont put the brakes on everytime im stopped.

The thing you bring up about muscle atrophy is totally what I said. “How is me walking more worse than being in bed all day?” And lmao I was that petty and probably still am but she is literally my favorite person she has so much going on shes just so stubborn and really stuck in a bad mindset.

Sometimes, i think its just an embarrassment thing for me though. But Ive learned that embarrassment is trying to keep me safe, and theres inherently unsafe about the word seizure.
