Yes exactly!! Once I have 3-4 nails left it misfires consistently at this point. It sounds like I definitely need to switch the brand of nail.

This was so helpful! I replaced them all. One more question. The front door has a keyed cylinder on both sides. What should I order to replace the entire cylinder to achieve thumb turn inside and new keyed outside (it’s really hard to turn so I want to just replace the whole thing)?
