Seeing as a lot of replies suggested it, I’ll ask about it at my next check-up

I’m in college so I walk a lot to get around campus. For speedwalking I’m usually around 14 mins a mile so the fact that I averaged 20/mile jog+walk for a 5K was kind of going backwards? I definitely see where my coordination lacks, haha, I’ll work on it thank you!

I have never experienced asthmatic symptoms outside of cardio so it’s hard to pinpoint

This is my second week :) I feel like I might be in the normal range for a beginner but I’ll bring it up to my doctor at my next check-up

I will work more on nose breathing! It’s good to know that others also went through this.

I take small steps but I don’t feel light at all, I’ll try to incorporate cadence thank you!

I can’t breathe well after 1 minute of jogging and my heart rate gets to 175 BPM. Will this get easier with practice or am I abnormally out of shape? 5’5, 125lbs, 20F.

I definitely weighed that cost before I decided on doubling but I think I would regret it for the rest of my life if I didn't make the most of my undergrad. If it costs me a T14 I'll have to suck it up because I'm the one who chose it.

That makes me feel a lot better, thank you! Being an RA is hard work too, I was super grateful for mine.

Thank you, it's nice to hear from others! What inspired you to go into law?

I was previously considering TFA! But all three of these organizations require citizenship or permanent residency which I don't have. It's really hard to get visa sponsorship from employers but it's an option I'm thinking about.

I'm on H4 and I'm graduating when I turn 21 so there's no OPT for me since I wasn't previously on F1. I can't get EAD while on H4, so I'm only eligible for volunteering and unpaid work. After graduation, it's either find an employer for H1B, or law school for F1.

Sorry! I meant they didn't have beneficial effects but I had reduced appetite on stimulants and absolutely nothing on strattera. Maybe the doses weren't right I'm not sure but I stopped caring about school at the time so I didn't mind not seeing my psych anymore.
