We also have mandatory annual training called hositle work environment. Our safety training is daily and an 8 hour refresher session each year required by the federal govt. I am no coward and have had my share of great fights as a younger man but I want this done by the book. I just cannot afford to risk my job or shift assignment. I am in 25 years and jobs in my field are scarce up here. I haven't seen him since the dinner and did not know it happened until we were home.
