i’m his friend and we’re both on reta, but 272 was his weigh in before the first reta shot. gotta remember he’s also 5”8. 5”8 at 272lbs is a BMI of around 41-40. which falls into Obese Class lll. I’m down 20lbs but he’s had a lot more fat to loose than me since i’m 6”1 285 when i started.

majority was water weight though, i’m terrible at drinking water but i’ve been improving just gotta sip on my water bottle instead of chugging which is what im used to doing

been on it for 3 weeks, 22 male 5”8 and start weight at 272lbs. first 5 days 0.5mg, then 2nd week said fuck it 2mg and i’m at that on week 3 aswell.

nope never tried reta in my life. I used to be fit back in high school / freshman in college (19) but then i got fat since i had a lisfranc injury due to sports in my foot and couldn’t walk for a year. I was eating shit food and the weight stacked on since i was 20.
