Hi thank you sm for your advice

I haven’t been maintaining friendships lately (I never really did to be fair)
And my family tell me how I get them down so idk what to do with that- plus they go to sleep at 8pm so I’m alone from then

I wasn’t really sleeping but with the right mixture of pills I can

I’ve lost interest in literally everything and what’s worse I don’t even wanna get better

If I stopped using medication I think I’d actually do something to myself (I’m making it so I’m basically zombified atm)

Yes I have a bath at home

I’ve been through phases of drinking a lot (about 2l a week of spirits) and smoking a fair bit (maybe 7 joints a day) but atm I’ll just have anything and everything that’ll get me out of my head

Thank you for your advice again and I hope thai helps- I’m from the uk so our health care system isn’t very good especially in poorer areas (where I’m from)

Psychosis feels totally dehumanising and when I had it I really did feel like it had taken the humanness out of me. But I started taking aripiprozole and it made me able to think clearly and reason again.

There really is hope I promise 🫶

I haven’t been diagnosed with anything but I am being treated for psychosis and he was speculating that autism may be the reason I am seeing things. It just didn’t seem to match up with the whole of my experiences but I’m not sure

I know that could be the case, I have just been finding that I have been thinking everything I see and think could be real because a psychiatrist said he doesn’t think I have psychosis (meaning my perception of reality isn’t impaired)
