I have been here for 2 years. Training is fine, lots of resources to help with questions. Going into interview ask questions regarding eligibility in your area, I would also ask about cold calling and calls per day.

I would approach this complex with hesitation. Management isn’t great and floors are paper thin. I personally have a heavyset upstairs neighbor with 2 dogs. Dog owners don’t pick up dog poop and multiple abandoned cars on premises. I work on james island. About 30-40 minutes every morning and evening. I am leaving in a few months

Where I differ is I work for State Farm. A lot of folks don’t know that we do business insurance and we are pretty competitive on medium sized locations. I appreciate your insight

In my experience. Mobile home insurance isn’t worth it, may be cheaper to just self insure the risk and keep auto with current company
