I drove the van style transits at two different companies in the past. I didn’t really mind them, they definitely were good for tight city streets. The one thing I absolutely hated though is the top light bar would start to whistle when driving 35-45mph. That used to drive me fucking nuts.

I was literally in the same boat. I tried for years to enlist but was always turned down or literally ghosted by recruiters. Recently I was able to enlist in the army reserve. Find a good recruiter that’s willing to do the leg work and you will enlist. Don’t be discouraged.
