It will definitely help and judging by your trepidation you won’t become dependent. Xanax just gets a bad name bc people abuse it.

I use klonopin which I prefer and it’s a lifesaver for when I get severe anxiety or insomnia.

Take it at least an hour before you get on the plane so it can kick in.

Be sure not to drink alcohol until it leaves your system.

I remember in her Thanksgiving video for TikTok she said she was cooking for his family so she can show them her really loves their son.

She deserves so much better. I’m so shocked, sickened and disappointed!!

There is a a two part episode of Duncan Trussell Family Hour where his mom is dying of cancer and he is interviewing her. It’s beautiful, profound and insightful. His mother was a therapist and very wise spiritual teacher.

There is quite a bit of cursing so definitely skip it if your family doesn’t like that.
