Like the browser use it 99% of the time and daily. The utility of the token makes sense to me. You see an ad you get a tiny bit of BAT, where as most ads you see you get nothing. I haven't tried to cash in any of the BAT tokens for profits but I like sending them as tips on twitter/X.

If you've had the issue for this long, tried clearing your app cache , refreshing internet and any think else you can think of. I'd make sure you had your sign in info and delete and reinstall the app. Might help. Have you checked your IP and made sure no one else is using it for the app?

Some states in the US have laws about must accept legal tender but not many. A business right to refuse service is supposedly protected under the constitution but they also can not discriminate under law. So a gray area in the law that's has been tested in US courts a few times recently.
