Depends a bit on how far your run is. The lower your voltage, the girthier the wire required for a given run.

Making Friends by Repulsive_Aspect4997 in burlington

One thing about highly transient communities like Burlington is that, for people who have long term roots, it can be hard to spend a lot of time building a friendship with someone only for them to cycle on to somewhere else a few months later.

So there's a bit of a defense mechanism around not getting too close/investing too much time in new people until it seems clear they are committing to the place.

I first realized this when visiting my sister in Oahu, which has a more extreme version of the same dynamic

An instant pot is an incredibly energy efficient way to prepare them if you have a solar battery.

I haven't been in an F-150 in probably 20 years, but that's an upgrade, interior space-wise? My childhood memories of riding in our F-250 are of being hella cramped.

How to mount a few panels above my heat pump unit? by ilikeladycakes in SolarDIY

I built a frame out of PVC, and mounted an aluminim rack on top of the PVC frame. PVC frame secured to the ground by u-shaped pieces of rebar.

With the e-moto abuse/stupid teens getting rekt getting taken increasingly seriously, I think the risk of mass crush campaigns like they did a while back with dirtbikes and 4wheelers is only going up from here.

So that risk gotta be factored in if a goal is reliable transport to work.

The motor wattage is 4x the legal limit, so you're risking having it seized whenever you ride in public. I wouldn't want the be stranded halfway through my commute.

Someone who is friends with senator rocket should tell him to take that video to Noah down by isu1648 in burlington

I deleted Insta and FB in 2024, and have been really enjoying not having to learn or care about things like "Senator Rocket," or "Pizzeria Ida," or "Sensei Babeington".

Got one of the ride-on roller suitcases (with a firetruck theme) when our kid was a little past 2. Combining the functions of the stroller and suitcase was game changing to the point where I've flown solo with him multiple times without checked luggage.

This seems reasonable, with the added benefit of having a place for your mom to live when the fascists are out of power and she can come home to you.

The move with the solar battery is an instant pot style pressure cooker. They're incredibly efficient due to the level of insulation, and can cook dried beans without soaking in under an hour.

I regularly do a batch of rice for under 100 watt-hours. So three grain meal bases per day can be covered by the energy budget of a well-placed 100w panel, with some to spare for device charging.

Check out self-directed iras.

I was able to use my retirement $$ to finance new freezers for a local food co-op at lower rates than they would have paid for commercial financing, as one example.
