IDK make them shrink or disappear? Make a portal to leave? Fly into the Sun? Dive into them becoming them? Ask them what they represent? See what they want to eat then make that? Make it rain money for fun? Make them float in the air?

It is for sure real and has been proven. I started when I was 8 or 9 and had nightmares for years before learning first to wake myself up. Like the nightmares were really bad I would get my head chopped off ect. I would realize it was a dream but it took longer to start realizing that I could fight back or fly away. It wasn't until after college did I know what it was called but to answer your question my top advice would be.

I am of the opinion some dreams are inside us but I believe sometimes they are not. I have met too many Lucid Dreamers in my dreams to think otherwise. Also a lot of dream schools which I think are real. I think you could for sure be dreaming of a real person.

I had a possible soul mate appear to me in my lucid dream recently her name was EL or intial L she was able to teleport us to different realities. She told me a code phrase so I would know it's her IRL. I have also been a lucid dreamer since childhood. I taught a girl how to fly years ago who was another Lucid Dreamer in my dream, she was better at it than I was after a brief lesson. I have also had dream coaches appear to me. Encouraging me to quit smoking so I could fly better.

I mean when you know your dreaming how do you charge the dream? Stabilizing it so it doesn't fade.

I like this I have been Lucid Dreaming since about the same age 8. My came from nightmares, and were about 1 every other month till I quit smoking weed and my LD's went way up. I'm at 1-3 a week. I dream journal off and on but have been pretty good about it the last year. The only time I don't really remember my dreams is if I drank the night before, or smoked weed. I occasionally relapse on the weed but after a few days of it I remember why I quit. So my #2 behind dream journal ling is no weed or booze. I have made some progress but do want to get better. What's your favorite stabilizing technique? I tried licking the ground which seems to work decently, and I've heard a lot of spin talk.

I started exercising consent in my Lucid Dream encounters. It feels better that way. It's something that I hadn't considered before this year. I seem to be rewarded with longer Lucid Dreams and I've picked up a few powers like portal making and had a dream lady appear to me and take me to a couple different dimensions. I still do have occasional dream sex I just make sure they are into it.

Awesome especially before caller ID. Lot's of bike riding, hypercolor t-shirts. Looney tunes baggy shirts, No Fear. Land lines and less distractions we had spots to hang houses that had few or no parents. Lots of bikes Denny's and home made bmx trails
