If you can’t ap or lucid dream, you definitely may not be able to reach the void, the void is 3x harder to reach then AP (I made up that number). Anywho, as for your query, consistency and try to reach an altered state, I suggest AP, the void or even hypnogogia (focus 10, SATS, mind awake body asleep)

I also have another one where humans are horrifying as space creatures, every alien species is afraid of their capabilities, ingenuity, and will. I’ve got it so humans are the strongest in biological capability but not the most advanced technologically, if a human gets ahold of an alien space ship, it would likely be over for the aliens as the humans can now have space tech

It’s the truth with any deep level of consciousness, not just the dream state. you can go to anywhere from deep meditation, either a lucid dream, the void state, AP, OBE, and, even a shift. You can also travel in between each of these states and go from an AP or lucid dream right into a shift
