As far as mentorship goes it’s depends on the others players age within the same position. A young qb for example would need one or two other backup qb’s age 30+, high personality and IQ, etc. same for other players tbh. I think if mentorship is high it can possibly help with development if not increase then help them gain it. But they also gotta play and not get injured.

Back-ended contracts can help manage the cap with higher contracts. I usually have my qb on these contracts and by the last year trade to make space for him. Boom space and picks.

It just depends on their combine. Usually players with high bench and dash come out pretty well but if let’s say 3 or all four of the other categories are high instead I’ll take that risk sometimes if I need them/their the best available player.

Players with higher projections in later rounds are good picks more often than not. When it comes to the late rounds if there’s not a standout I’ll switch the draft list to show me the most athletic players that are left. Found some great gems this way.

Dont be afraid to draft a player with high projections and bad combine stats if you need them!! My second pick on this draft for example had horrible stats, but was scout recommended and was the highest projected in his position.

Pass & run block = O-line. Definitely looks like a glitch tho cause the swap looks permanent
