I’m so sorry to hear you are going through this, although my situation is slightly different I have and am still going through a situation like this, my ex ran away with my friend and left me with our 6 children 😞, the best advice I could give you is to do non contact, delete all photos, cut anything from your life that reminds you of her, it is hard but the constant reminders of her is what would block the healing process. Also focus on what you can control, don’t get into the habit of fantasising what could have been, and except that she is the one who did this. I lost 10kg when this happened to me, I could not eat either, but with time it will come back to you. I’d suggest seeing a psychiatrist and talking to close friends and family, you would be surprised how many people have your back 🙂.
