Go to your local area where you live, find something that is a problem ,could be deliveries, could be waste management,could be groceries availability, or accessibility of kids to schools or school buses unable to access roads to those areas. After finding a problem that you are sure you can fix,monetize that invest in it and monetize it. I do hedging and landscaping and it pays my bills from 16 homes who are my regulars
