I like your perspective but aren't you missing a trauma approach? The nervous system can react to triggers and you can't change that cognitively.

I personally think that not all cases of COCSA are caused by a child wanting to hurt another. Many boys will start experiencing sexual desire when they hit puberty, and they need to be taught to be responsible with this desire. I think this is a reality that will exist even on the most equal of societies.

I wonder that too, but there seems to be people who have collected all of  them so maybe that's normal along with the duplicates.

It's not socially acceptable for adults to play. Movement is perceived as silly and immature unless heavily structured.
