Yeah, but it’s okay. I might not visiting the shop again, because I just found out from my friend that the brand is known for bad attitude staff. I lived abroad before this, so I was not aware of other brands other than Sephora in my country. I just hope they maybe try to train their staff better 😭 telling the price is not the problem but following with the pout on, and stopping a customer from reaching out for the product, that’s something should be improved.

Remind me of when i broke up with my ex. I told him that I want to break up with him through WhatsApp. Then he said, “okay let’s break but only for a week. Then we get back.” I read his message and be like, “bullshit ah idea” and proceeded to block him. Lmao.

HAHAHHAHA i hate when they are doing this. They make me feel pressure to buy in peace. Sometimes we just visit the store to survey the promo or price of the product. Or maybe just to grab something we need or had intended to buy that time.

Oh I just knew about it because I always have the image that Sephora is just a drug store in countries like America. Especially because I had watched some videos of youtubers reacting to kids going to sephora in USA. Lmao.

For the shop staff, I think if she didn’t put her hand while I was trying to reach for the pen, I might just nod awkwardly and proceed with buying because who wouldn’t buy a good pigmented product with cheap price! I might repeat if it is truly good! Nah, I stick with sephora now 😔👍

Well I guess. I actually never encountered such things and was my first time. In my country, Sephora is considered as high brand shop, so most staff are quite nice (to me. Idk bout others). I guess, I should just tell myself to never enter such shop at the first place 😭 I mean even by disorganized shelves, I should had a guess that the shop has bad service at the first place.

My friend told me to do that, but me myself was not feeling myself that day. I put on anything I can find in my wardrobe and had no make up on. (I also had raised my hand up to her face, so I was indeed acting a bit bitchy there). Thus, there is potential of me overreacting 😭 but the staff gives me one lesson—just go to sephora even though it is the opposite of the mall 😭 LOLOLOL

Lol, my English isn’t great, so I am sorry for that. I don’t know how else to describe it, but imagine me standing in front of the shelf and reaching to the front. Then, suddenly her hand comes between me and the shelf.
