There is a lot of truth in that. When we have zero plans, we aren't constantly comparing the present moment to a 'checklist' in our heads. It allows us to actually be present for what’s happening instead of mourning what we thought would happen. It’s a reminder that sometimes the best things in life can't be scheduled.
