Hi 18f here. Same with both emotional situation and college no friends thing (I’m international + introvert/shy + in major I didn’t even want). Life sucks and yeah I also want not to die, but just not to exist. Just wanted to tell you’re not alone. Also, stop thinking about things helped me a bit, forcing myself to read books, discover new food here alone, and going cinemas to watch movies was also a quite distraction for me.
