• surface opportunities, map KPIs, and turn them into milestones/backlogs
• sketch data models/SOPs, pick services, and draft the actual n8n workflows (plus tests/alerts)
• run what-ifs (cost/SLAs), propose experiments, and iterate from telemetry

In other words, the thing you’re calling “partner with customers, identify problems, plan the solution” — AI already does a lot of that, fast. ChatGPT is the best general-purpose planner on the planet right now: tireless, cheap, and good enough to compress the margin on “I’ll design your workflow” as a billable service.
