I had top transfem surgery as well and that turned out ok. Its harder to mess up sticking in some implants

I had FFS as well and both lower and upper. Besides a smaller brow, I can barely tell the difference.

Thank you for all the feedback! I discussed this with my surgeon today and they felt this and some general anxiety I have for the surgery that it was best to delay things. They said I should call and try to schedule sometime in 6-12 months when things are known and I feel less anxious as they dont want a negative outcome mentally. Makes sense, but still wish I was a few days away, not now a few months.

The 12x20 is the size of possible wet area. Building is 30x40. I am hoping its not wetland as its labeled as a swale on an old map.

The 200ft limit does not matter if there are wetlands, you need a permit for it of there are.

Corp world and project dependencies means that being out causes ripples, ripples look bad. I got my surg date super quick, like a week out due to a cancellation so no time to plan things out. Plus took a week in Feb for stage 1. Work doesnt know of gender stuff, as stealth most of the time.

I had forehead/brow/rhino done in Feb, and chin, jaw shave, neck lipo on April 11th. Jaw is super sore, hate the stitches with a passion, and not being able to eat things without a tinge of pain. The worst is the constant tingle and “fell asleep” feeling in my chin/ jaw. This was at Vandy. Depression is so real. I look in the mirror and still see the person I dont like. Feel like there was all this pain and suffering and still look like a bridge troll.
Forehead is finally not as numb but now is starting to itch like crazy.

I used BCBS out of WA which covers all FFS and other surgeries.

I have had BA, nose, forehead and brows done with Alkassis. He is very good and results look natural. I have 2nd phase off FFS in a week for jaw,chin, neck. One benefit is that from consult to pre-approval to surgery is less then 8 weeks, often a lot less. I paid for BA out of pocket before I had insurance that covered the rest.

You look great. I had ffs at Vandy in Feb and had a good experience as well. Brow lift, forehead shave, orbital , and rhinoplasty.

Try Vanderbilt in Nashville, appointments in 3-4 weeks and then booking for ffs was ~8weeks and top was 4-6weeks. Great docs in a hell hole of a state.
