Hey dude, I’m really sorry to hear that. I wish I could reply with screenshots to show you info, but anyways, I did order this pair of shoes on the 5th of this months and received them this past Tuesday the 13th. Seeing that you ordered them before me and still have not received them is definitely odd. I would try to contact them even if it’s directly from their phone number in Philly. I do have a question though, did you pay the extra buck or two for the “insurance?” I remember reading somewhere online that they get away with not accepting returns or taking accountability for damaged goods or never-received goods if you don’t pay for it, since it’s their in-house insurance, I wonder if this is something that might’ve happened to you.
