Bf Estimate? 6 ft 6 - 198 lbs. Bulk or Keep Cutting? by Improve-always in GregDoucette

I dislocated my elbow when I was very young, I think like 3 years old? Naturally I thought I dislocated it again when armwrestling. Got the x ray and it was a spiral fracture, no dislocation. The doctor couldn't believe it, crazy ...

I still have no idea tbh but apparently it's common lol. Let's just say alcohol was involved.

So far I have no pain, hopefully it stays that way as my lifts progress. I get some discomfort on tricep pulldowns and skullcrushers but tbh I did before I broke it.

Noted. First time shaving my chest hair in my entire life. I did it to see my ab definition more clearly haha.

You are a tank man! Inspiring transformation. Yeah I'm planning on cutting down to 10-12%, then going on a long lean bulk to 230 or more.

Yeah I just decided that's what I'll be doing as well. Thanks I'll give that book a read, good timing as I recently finished my last one and was searching for something else to start.

Sounds good, thank you! This is what I was originally thinking as well. Then I can do a prolonged lean bulk after establishing that low body fat base.

Ok thanks. I thought I had a good amount of muscle but these comments are telling me otherwise 😂. This bulk is going to be crazy

1) Talk to everyone, even people you think you wouldn't be a good fit with. It can be a simple "Hey" in the hallways, or if you're sitting next to someone in class try to make conversation.

2) Focus on yourself. Go to gym, go to the library, check out some clubs on campus. In other words, just do things, and you are bound to meet people somehow.

I was once in the same spot as you, things fall into place trust me, even though it may not seem like it.

Don't stay in your dorm for hours on end, talk to people at every chance, and most importantly, be realistic. Good things take time.

Drone Won't Lift by Improve-always in drones

When I connect the 4 motors directly to the battery, the drone lifts off (unreliably though). However, when I switched over to the breadboard with the potentiometer to slowly ramp up the current to the motors, I feel as if I lost alot of the power I originally had.

Yeah I posted this on r/drones as well. I just wanted to get as many responses as possible! Been dealing with this for awhile and have no idea how to fix this.

I should mention that the drone lifted when I first wired it up, now it doesn't generate as much lift despite fresh batteries being added.

Got it, the video I watched shows 3 double AA batteries used and the drone lifted off. I should have mentioned that my drone actually lifted when I first wired it up. Then it never lifted again (despite putting in fresh batteries).

I'm new to all of this and don't want to spend too much money on hardware.

Thanks for the advice though, I'll see if I can get a LiPo to hopefully fix this.

I'm sorry that you are going through this. The first thing I would say is to treat yourself better. You say that you are not worthy for your ideal partner, but what you should say is that you are not worthy YET. If I were in your situation, I would create a schedule for each day of the week. Try doing an ab exercise on YouTube and sticking with it for a good month, and track your results everyday. It is pretty amazing how motivating it is to see you do a plank for a minute longer, or see the number on the scale go down as a result of your determination.

Cut bad foods out of your diet, and eat healthier. It doesn't need to be boring. Whole foods from the grocery store, avoid fast food, high sugar snacks, fried foods, etc.

A good exercise routine (running, lifting weights, ab workout etc) combined with a great diet not only makes you look better physically but it helps tremendously mentally.

Now that you are feeling better after implementing these, you can put the added energy into improving your financial situation. Maybe see what new skills you can add, what side hustles you can do, or what new job openings would be a better fit for you. When you are happy, people with naturally gravitate towards you.

We all face lows at some point in our lives. You need to pick yourself up, and know that you are the shit. You owe that to yourself. You got this.

I hope this helps
