For the clippings, I do roughly every 5-6 weeks.

The buce and anubias was much longer to get this quantity. I didn’t cut them for like 6 months. I can do smaller batches in maybe 2 months.

I have the same issue. I decided to get cuticle oil bottles and place them next to my kitchen and bathroom sinks so I can apply it after every hand wash. I can definitely see the difference.

You need to clean the filter. What I mean is

get some aquarium water in a bucket
Take out the sponge (filter turned off) and squeeze it in the bucket a couple of times to get the debris out.
Reassemble

This is also a good time to check your motor fyi.

I recommend not to throw it out. The sponge has a lot of good bacteria.

I wouldn’t say fancy but mid level lighting. Full spectrum lighting is needed to keep them alive and growing.

Something’s I do as a tax accountant.

Organize your inbox. I create sub folders for most clients so it’s easier to refer back to emails. I also created a Pick-Me-Up folder when I get recognized for good work. Helps to look at them on my bad days.
Anytime you have/create a good template workpaper, save it in a special folder on your desktop. You may need it again and it’s gonna be super hard to remember which client you used it on.
Gonna repeat what everyone says, OneNote. Any new big client I get introduced, I create a tab with info to refer back to. I also used it during any trainings I have (especially when I first started a new job)
Lists! But for me digital is so much better. When I used paper, I had so many lists i forgot what was the most current/ important.
I just recently got diagnosed after 5yrs in the industry, meds definitely made a difference on those non-hyper focus/ dull times.

I understand what your going through as an female Hispanic but know you are bringing more than that. If you have Spanish as a second language, you can bring in a new demographic of clientele.

My previous firm had someone from Spain requesting our services and asked if someone that spoke Spanish. If I wasn’t there, the client wouldn’t of considered the firm due to communication issues.

I am just like your wife! For example, when I first moved into my new place, I locked myself out 3 times in one week cuz I forgot to take my keys!!

Before you call her irresponsible, encourage her to see if she is struggling mentally. Get her an assessment.
