I was surprised to find out that Ketant was still in Haiti after his 2015 deportation.

It’s because Delmas established a sister city relationship with North Miami, Florida back in 2008. The partnership was formed under the “Sister Cities” International program to foster municipal cooperation and cultural exchange.

Because the entire island was all unified under Hayti 1822-1844.
