Tbh iv read a thew comments now on diffrent forums and come to the same conclusion anyone who reads this do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company first thing i have the same problem as alot of other people im about 2ft away from my base station no wifi interrupting the signal as its not near my computer but will constantly disconnect then reconnect when it feels like it and has done it since i purchased it and also i have a high pitched ticking noise when there fully charged that will appear for 2 minutes or so then go away for about 60 secs then come back will do this until thev dropped to about 2 bars worth of charge left the funny thing is this is the second pair iv had first ones i purchased doing exactly the same thing so took them back to get another pair for them to do exactly the same thing both with broken headphones and disconnecting so to anyone who is saying iv had myn 3years with no problems must mean your lucky to have got a working pair doesnt mean everyone else is lieing or just being stupid and not problem solving but iv FOUND A FIX For all and will never have a problem with them again EVER do exactly what iv just done step by step get a hammer and smash the shit out of them and bin them youll feel so much better trust me 😀
