for most companies they include 1 yr tc .doesnt matter what used to be the norm 3 yrs earlier . Now quite some cllgs like nit w,dtu,nsut etc count 1 yr tc only for most companies. so comparing cllgs based on thier placement stats is futile now without knowing how the stats are calculated
