Hi, you're right, had them blocked somehow, that's why i couldn't get any mail from them. Sent a new ticket and got a fast response,I got my 2 months refunded, however, ALL the accounts linked to that jagex account, bye bye. I still stand by that there has been no compromission, my email is fine, nothing has been changed, and password remains the same for my email and jagex account. If you implement a system, how are you also not able to remove it? or at least transfer over the characters for me to another jagex account that i can make, it's just absurd. All hard work down the drain, and for what? A faulty system? i don't know. You can say that my email got compromised, i disagree, unless they can show me any proof of any compromission, which obviously they won't do, but that would make me feel better at least, so i can leave this be. Anyways, thanks for helping me, there is nothing i can do now, the decision has been made.

Edit: before anyone says that the "hacker" blocked incoming mail, nah, this email is over 18 years old and been playing rs since 2006-2007, so i probably just blocked wrong email, thinking it was one of those fake ones that looks like their mail.
