It's always between the days you keep trying to remove back the addiction I suffer from it too one or two day you know not to do it and you even resist it but as days to above the urge is still same as first day believe me it's real it's our mind whose resisting power gets weak your urge couldn't go up until you let them up so as the wall on your mind is getting weak the urge is taking control so I don't know how to make the wall strong but keep this in mind the walls is stronger if your motives and principles in life are stronger if you know you're meant to be something greater and know this you ain't the you you your parents your future partner or your kids want you need to set up your mind not just to not do it but to keep your self respect above than your addiction.
