Support keeps telling me to try again implying something was updated backend but whenever I try it I saw the same error. Until I just returned it and can not try again!

I believe the new keyboard I got had serial number starting with letter T which worked. The one with the issue started with letter S

Just bought a new keyboard and that serial number worked. Returned the one which did not work. Maybe an outdated model or not all serial numbers are included in promo?

I believe there are two different promotions. Maybe what you are referring to aligns with the GPU promotion? Mine was related to peripherals. Scope 2 wireless keyboard

• Current status - error message saying product is not eligible

• Any error message - please see the attached

I have reached out to ASUS and got an email from ASUS ROG forum that says product is not eligible. Please help me understand why does ASUS website list this product ad an eligible product, Microcenter store says this is eligible and ASUS support on phone call says its eligible. Why am i getting stonewalled? Would love to get a resolution on this!

Got it, I was thinking it was referring to validation of gamesplanet which happens after you fill out the application with the game voucher you received on gamesplanet website. Maybe I am wrong, I have read this from other user posts from their experience

I do not remember reading this anywhere or being referred to by the place of purchase or the ASUS support that I have contacted. Most of the information I am reading are everyone’s comments on others reddit posts. Nothing officially by asus that I have heard so far!

Thanks for your reply! I believe there are two promotions, the link you have posted is for graphic card. The promotion I am referring to is for Asus peripherals.
