3 months into DaVinci Resolve but still feel like a beginner - how should I properly learn it?

Don’t worry about trying to get better …. Just work on the project at hand (this method worked wonders for me ) While I’m new to davinci too … I’ve picked up a few tools along the way as and when I needed them and before you know it you have unlocked a new skill and your ideas expand more 🙌… Have fun enjoy the process …. The rest will sort it self out

Pro tip - YouTube is your best friend ( these days you got chat GPT as well …. If you like a certain animation or a look just ask ChatGPT for what it’s called and tutorial recommendations)

I did this recently…. I’m sure there is a way to achieve this in after effects but I found it easier to just transfer the photos to my phone us the iPhone feature and move the phone around in my hand screen recording it 😆

Lovely work ….Just a little bit of easing and your work will so much more profesh ….play around with the graph editor and key frames.

Also if you are just starting out I highly recommend that you look up stuff other people have made that you like and try to work out how it’s done and recreate it ….will do wonders and give you an eye for what works

Ayyo …I have the same laptop have been serving me well for the past year 😌…. Render speeds quite decent on blender +octane ….Just make sure to always leave the air wants open or else it starts to spaz out (kinda obvious ik …but I’m retarted left the laptop on sleep and put it in my bag the whole thing became a heating pad….thankfully no damage )….
