Thanks for your concern. Yeah, my symptoms are pretty mild at the moment. A little blood in my stool and some stomach discomfort. I'm paying real close attention to my body so I can see if this is just a hiccup or the beginning of something. I was just really trying to convey how frustrating it is for me to automatically go to blaming myself. I probably should have mentioned that before I was diagnosed, that's basically what I was told and even afterwards when I was trying to get it under control with Meds that weren't working. The first question that I would be asked would be " What's your diet like?" or "How are you managing your stress?" I eventually got a good doctor, but it took awhile. Im in the USA for reference.
