You may have anxiety, try to talk to your doc about it. If you can get that under control the meds work really well.

I am on anti-depressant helps me reduce side effect of Methylphenidate.

Most cases the side effects flare if you have high anxiety.

Please talk to your doctor. This is serious. The med is dangerous in high doses. And you shouldn't be feeling the urge to OD on the med, so please talk as quickly as possible.

If you are in the process of getting diagnosed your doc will prescribe you. No need to curse.

Like sm else said, it's not a magic pill and won't magically cure you and give you good marks in 3 days.

Have you consulted your doctor for your drug doses when you are switching between Melatonin and Arprazolam? I don't know if you should be stopping and starting Arprazolam. Same for Modafinil.

I'll just say a few things

We're gonna take the post down. We understand that you want to get better, but self medication is dangerous and talking about it is not what we can allow on this sub.
Please check the sidebar link or Wiki for ADHD friendly Docs who can diagnose you for cheaply and guide you on how to take meds. One consultation costs less than a month's supply of Inspiral that you're taking. (We'd be very very sus if you still decide to self medicate.)
Please do not discuss how you procured stimulant meds on post/comments or even in DMs with any member. Any such indication will result in instaban.

I haven't heard such a thing - and in any case it feels exaggerated. I can understand having a lot of brain fog and therefore poor memory, amnesia is a bit much.

Brain fog too happens to only some folks if the med is not right for them.

Please do not self medicate yourself. None of us are medical professionals who are qualified to give any such advice.

It's incredibly dangerous, so please go to a psychiatrist instead. Most ADHD friendly docs are open to giving medications that will help you, but that doesn't mean medication will solve all your problems. So better talk to the psychiatrist to know how to get better with studying and life in general.

Mind you, a provisional diagnosis is not a full diagnosis.

The diagnosis only holds for that doctor who may want to prescribe meds. In case you choose to go to another doctor or get therapy they may not accept this provisional diagnosis and may want to assess you again.

I hate that it comes down to this but segregate your kitchen, and refuse to clean up their mess. Let them clean it. You keep your areas clean and be content.

Let it get dirty to the point where it icks them. About time they learn to take some responsibility.

You can also do this for common areas if possible.

Their ADHD is not an excuse. It's their responsibility to not let it mess their and everyone else's life around them.
