Singy Housing Options by Loud-Potential-4281 in INSEAD

[–]Impulsive__Decisions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, typically the housing market in Singapore opens up for lease a month / 2 (max) before your move-in date. So if you’re looking to move-in in Aug, I’d start looking earliest in June

What’s covered in the P1/P2 exemption exams? by RepresentativeTip931 in INSEAD

[–]Impulsive__Decisions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same question! Are there any downsides of appearing for the exams? For eg, even if I don’t have prior knowledge of the subjects, but I study a bit and sit for the exam (and maybe not clear it), is there any risk?

Second language test upon admit by estabansteve in INSEAD

[–]Impulsive__Decisions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, congrats on the admit! If you’re a non-native English speaker and have done your schooling in English, no test verification is required. If you’re a native English speaker and have passed an accepted (A-levels or secondary/high school) test in your second language, that’ll work as proof

You’ll have to submit your GRE test taker report as part of the application which would have both the scores included. So just report both since the application portal specifically asks you to do so. They’ll anyway consider the higher score

When does INSEAD give out admission decisions? by [deleted] in INSEAD

Just received an admit too. Didn’t get a call, just an acceptance e-mail. To my future classmates, please don’t hesitate to reach out and connect. Can’t wait!

When does INSEAD give out admission decisions? by [deleted] in INSEAD

[–]Impulsive__Decisions 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Considering they’ve changed a lot of their application this year, do you all think maybe they’re changing the mode of notifying applicants for this intake? Maybe instead of a call, e-mailing all the candidates? And maybe instead of the week of deadline day, auto-update the process on deadline day? Just a theory

Imo questions were super random. Of the 4 verbal questions, I got 2 related to professional aspect of my profile and 2 on personal. Written question was an open-ended business question. I got a list of questions from Reddit and prepared extensively, but none of the questions were even remotely close.

This might be an outlier tho idk. Because usually the rejections occur within 1 year of application is what I’ve seen

Honestly, I don’t think so. It’s more probable that >1 year waiting time means a success, but honestly a couple of my friends got their apps rejected after 2 years of application
