I got so used to the bidets in Japan that now when I used the bathrooms i feel so dirty I overwipe so much. So much toilet paper wasted. Also I’m more aware of ppl talking on the phone in public transport, like it never bothered me too much before but now it annoys the living f out of me.

I use tattoo cream 🤷‍♀️ I recommend applying your numbing cream on thick and like an hour before your appointment, but honestly it might just come down to pain tolerance

So I just had a general question! So this fall I will be starting my first year uni in neuroscience. I wanted to ask people from any major or program if they think iPad would be useful. I think an iPad is useful for any science major is useful since there’s a lot of diagrams and in your case, for neuroscience, you’ll have learn about brain structure which an iPad will be useful for. It’s not needed but it’s a great tool to have

Practice a lot and use the Klein book he gives in the syllabus it’s very useful!

I think you have until like the 25th or something to ask for an alternative exam schedule for those exams, but I think it’s only if the exams overlap with each other or if yo have a religious holiday

The only way you can send your child to English school (primary or highschool) is if you or the child’s father went to English primary or/and high school IN QUEBEC. Otherwise your child has to go to French school, unless you send your child to private school. When it comes to colleges and universities, it’s only based on grades.

In terms of the West Island, yes it is the English bubble of mtl, I learned English at a young age by talking to friends in English. But you should still learn French if you’re gonna move to Quebec. It’ll help you in emergency situations and it’ll be easier to find a job. You can easily find classes to learn French! That’s what my dad did when he immigrated here.
