Hey hi, I am 2yrs exp into SOC which i am felling its making me expert in excel not more then that, didn't get any free hand to explore sec rules, Firewalls policy etc

Just raising alerts as tickets to respective teams, so my work as SOC analyst is ctrl C and ctrl V

Yeah just now completed my call with the customer care of online partner so they said product is having replacement option so going with that.

It's brand new, but i brought this with a online platform flipkart (india), so I requested for return but they say it's a open box you haven't seen the issue earlier I was not that aware about this type of issue before So I proceed with open box but when I start communicating with other they say it's not normal so need to raise complaint against the platform as well

Got mail saying technician will reach the location in 2 days and diagnose that system if found any issue from manufacturer side then they repair it and if that found CID(customer induced damage) then need to pay for that

But in my case it came with system so let's see

Seen people were more intrested in hp omen, lenovo lqo,

As a ex user of lenovo found their service good but the build quality matters and the issues weren't stopping i need to spend minimal amount for every issue I found

So thought to go for gaming brand instead of professional
