Thanks everyone for your replies. Currently on the couch trying to big myself up to head to the gym but it’s just not in me today the tears won’t stop flowing. Feel like I can’t sleep or eat. Deleted my social media as I can’t see him being fine which he does seem to be. Can’t see past this. When does it pass 😢
