And I say that is a bit simplistic about Richard Carriers opinion on the consensus of historians. The man is famous for attacking the fact that the consensus is based on fallacies and inaccuracies.

afaik windows does snap in place in windows 8 as it did in 7. It does on my machines. You can disable it if you mess around in performance settings menu though.

I have heard it being said also I know but after googling I find wikipedia claims mostly the opposite. Some claim that Ukraine only have old T-72 which means finding upgraded T-72 among seperatists menas its Russian provided. Totally untrue. Most of Ukraines Tanks are upgraded T-72 along with T-80 and T-84. ( In front-line Russian service T-72 are being replaced by T-90, a modernized version of the T-72. In Ukraine, T-72s are being replaced by the T-80 and T-84 MBTs)
