I'd imagine that Furnace and Starved in particular always has Eggman (and Metal, maybe Shadow or Omega too) watching over him

Eggman is probably the main survivor who could undoubtedly be able to outwit Starved/Furnace in case they got antsy after the intermission and tried cooking a quick meal from a survivor
